Blue Chains Reform:
A clear, practical education and reform package designed to cut through the red tape, support both frontline workers, the public, and drive real change.
Designed to balance the needs of all stakeholders as well as being backed by qualified professionals - this is the blueprint for real systemic change.
This isn’t another boring training course -it’s straight to the point, focused on real solutions, and the only people who’ll hate it are the ones protecting a broken system.
We don’t just want you to read it- we offer to actively assist education and implementation of it.

Operation Closure is a documentary crime series investigated and presented by whistleblower and former NSW Police Officer Michelle Carlon.
It investigates unsolved cases, systemic failures, and cover-ups across Australia - giving voice to victims, families, and frontline insiders. With a fearless, truth-first approach, Operation Closure aims to bring justice, expose corruption, and spark real reform where the system has failed.

I am currently working with many others who share the same values and will release those names when appropriate.
For those that I haven’t already joined forces with - I welcome like minded collaborations.

Babymayo exists because we care- deeply.
We’re not driven by funding, ego, or politics.
We’re driven by truth, lived experience, and a relentless desire to fix what’s broken.
After working inside systems like NSW Police and living through the damage those systems can cause, we knew something had to change- and that no one was coming to save us. So we built it ourselves.
Through Operation Closure, our investigative documentary series, and Blue Chains Reform, our grassroots policy blueprint, we expose injustice, give voice to those silenced, and offer practical, human-centred solutions designed to protect both the public and the professionals within these systems. This isn’t just another reform campaign - it’s a movement built by people who’ve lived it, worked it, and survived it.
Our work is clear, direct, and deliberately designed to be accessible - not buried in jargon or written to impress. It’s written for impact, for fairness, and for the people who actually use the system every day. We believe in collaboration, not conflict -but we’re not afraid to call out the hard truths. The only people who’ll hate what we’re doing are those protecting the problem.
We do this because we care. Because we’ve lived it. And because someone has to.

As someone formally diagnosed with ADHD, Asperger’s (Autism Spectrum Disorder), and work-acquired PTSD, I’ve experienced firsthand how government systems often fail to understand neurodivergence and trauma.
I also care full-time for my son, who is diagnosed with Level 3 autism, so I know the challenges of not only living with neurodivergence, but also caring for it and responding to it in ways that are respectful, effective, and informed.
It’s time we stopped training our systems to a neurotypical standard.
Neurodivergent people are not defective -we are different. And difference is not a disorder.
If government agencies learned to recognise and respond to that difference, not only could they reduce harm, they could unlock extraordinary strengths that are too often ignored or dismissed.
Many neurodivergent individuals possess extreme intelligence, pattern recognition skills, moral clarity, or deep empathy -traits that could be powerful assets in government, justice, education, and health. But instead of seeing our strengths, we are too often punished for not presenting like everyone else.
Blue Chains Reform advocates for training that doesn’t just teach staff how to “manage” neurodivergent people, but how to understand, include, and even collaborate with us - in ways that protect our dignity and value our input without exploiting us further.
We don’t need more awareness campaigns. We need structural change - grounded in lived experience, backed by real solutions, and designed to work in the real world.

Our team is made up of dedicated individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the world.
Not a single person working with us is here to benefit from you.
Everything we do is from our own blood, sweat, tears and cash.
We do this because we actually care - and that’s what makes us different

CULTURE & COMMUNITY
I am a proud Bangerang woman, and my culture is at the heart of everything I do.
My connection to Country, kin, and community has shaped my values, my instincts, and my commitment to truth-telling.
I was raised to protect others, speak up when something’s wrong, and carry responsibility not just for myself - but for those who came before me and those yet to come.
That’s why Babymayo, Operation Closure, and Blue Chains Reform are rooted not only in professional experience, but in cultural strength and lived truth.
We bring a perspective that helps bridge the gap between government systems and the communities those systems often overlook -especially Aboriginal peoples, carers, neurodivergent individuals, minorities and survivors of injustice.
This is a safe space built on respect, integrity, and action.
We don’t care what colour you are -White, Black, green or blue.
We don’t care about your religion, gender, sexuality, or background. What matters here is your character.
The only people we will never work with, support, or platform are abusers and paedophiles.
Full stop. No exceptions.
If you’re here to be part of the solution - you’re welcome & safe here (you don’t even need to mask).
This space was made with people like you in mind.
